CVHaus.com is an online resume platform for creatives.

My brief was designing high-resolution wireframes and an interactive prototype for a web based service that helps users create and view their resume files, using over 400 gorgeous templates and just a little bit of ranking algorithms.

Along the days I have designed a few custom made resume templates myself. they all had to be trendy yet followd the unwritten do's and don'ts of each industry and culture.

the challenge of finding your own template is greater for creatives. their personal story is always more complex than the regular joe's, and of course - their ego demands more variety and versatility. the experience has to feel tailor made.

This concept starts with a landing page that is all about reminding you that this is where you need to be right now, and engaging you to create your first CV. once you do, you get to choose a template. you can play around with templates and "define your style" implicitly, and even match the template's colours and style before you log-in.

Once you log in - you start with the once dreaded task of writing the resume itself.
I have created a clear, progressively-disclosed wizard, so that users can navigate easily wherever you wish.

Inline hints will help you focus on what's important, and a quick preview is always available at the bottom right corner.

all to give the feeling you are being well assisted, and still - that everything is under your control.

After you are done and happy with your resume you can share it with friends and colleagues. they can add notes and if permission is granted - share it with their network.
