The Animals Observatory (TAO) is a children’s fashion brand created by Laia Aguilar in Barcelona. Known as the ´Wes Anderson of children’s clothing´ Laia sees children’s fashion as an artistic tool through which she can express her own extraordinary world.
Since 2018 we have been commissioned by The Animals Observatory to continually develop their seasonal campaigns and online communication, such a newsletters and Instagram. Starting with Spring Summer ’19, we stripped back to visual language to focus more on the specific inspiration derived by the Creative Director Laia Aguilar for the collection such a classic, vintage feel and a strong colour palette depicting summer. Moving onto Fall Winter ’19 with a vibrant collection that really inspired a more experimental graphical approach.
