Refurbishing project of an old castle’s annex warehouse to convert it into 3 flats, increasing the current total built area from 99 sq. m. up to 275 sq. m. by projecting 2 additional floors and a new vertical circulation shaft with a new lift and stair case, which will be used also by the existing main house.
