We made a project that showed and described beautiful places in our country.
Tourism in Ukraine isn't popular around Ukrainians, so that's why we tried to discover these places and show people that we need to support our own tourist attractions .
Also it could be interesting for brands and photographers.
Our route consisted of 4 places on the south part of country.
First place was Askania Nova.
Nowadays, Askania Nova is a real outdoor museum and the gem of the Tavrian steppes. On its territory, which takes up 11,000 hectares, stands a unique arboretum. There, you can find many kinds of trees, numerous ornamental plants from all corners of the world, and over 500 species of plants, many of which are endangered. In the reserve’s zoo live 450 species of exotic animals and birds. By the way, six species are extinct in their homelands and remain only in Askania.
The zoo’s unique collection includes of Indian and African antelopes, zebras, Scottish ponies, wild Przewalski's horses, saigas, and many more.
Third place was Rose Lake (Genicheskoe) - is a place with incredible red-pink Martian landscapes, located near the beginning of the Arabat Arrow in the village of Priozerne. Also near the lake are the remains of a destroyed salt plant. Lake has pink color in summer, we saw just salt without water, but it was beautiful .
Another interesting place for us was little village Stanislav (Kherson).
The Kherson Grand Canyon is located on the territory of the Stanislavsky Reserve. It is formed by the combination of steppe areas and slopes with forest species that move into the coastal waters. There is no consensus on the origin of the mountain landscape. But almost everyone agrees that the appearance of the Grand Canyon was caused by geological processes related to the activities of wind, rain and thawing snow, volcanism and more.
