Task: Reconstruction of a Soviet era clinic into a modern children`s medical centre.
So that small patients don`t have an uncomfortable visit to the clinic, the decoration and content of the premises should be of interest to them.
The friendly interior of the clinic has a beneficial effect on children: Distracting attention from the upcoming procedures, reducing anxiety and a sense of fear that appears while waiting for a doctor. Our goal is to make the clinic space comfortable and friendly to visitors and to create a warm emotional environment.
The facade of the building due to its colour scheme is visible from afar and attracts the attention of younger patients.
Outside the entrance is a seating area, a bicycle parking station and a ramp leading into the building.
The newly renovated white walls were decorated with funny and colorful pictures of animals. The children themselves drew these intricate cute images, and we stylized them a little.
The contrasting segments of the modular sofa, the reception desk in the form of LEGO, racks filled with toys - all of this is appealing to children.
One of the walls was selected to house Vector Forest thematic wallpaper by designer Evgeny Litvinenko.
The waiting area is adorned with Charles Eames plastic armchairs DAW by Vitra.
To the left of the entrance is a niche area in which parents can leave their pushchairs.
