Bokkenrijder
Personal work

Inspired by 18th century Dutch/Belgian folklore. People believed that gangs of criminals rode on goats (hence their name Bokkenrijders, "Buckriders") and launched raids across communities in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

In my own modern interpretation, the buck is fused with real, existing bike parts.
A mix of macabre history and contemporary technology.

Obviously I don't support this kind of shady business, but if I were to be a modern-day Bokkenrijder, I'd like a goat-bike, please.
