The title of the exhibition, "Museum Exhibits & Art in Dialogue", was the source of inspiration for the creation of my work. Each museum must be a living space of art that not only presents its exhibits to the public but at the same time encourages visitors to engage in a creative dialogue with them. In this case, this dialogue is about traditional Athenian embroidery and its modern expression with the use of new technologies. It is the bridge between the old and the new, the classic and the modern.

Ο τίτλος της έκθεσης, «Μουσειακά εκθέματα & Τέχνη σε διάλογο», αποτέλεσε την πηγή έμπνευσης για τη δημιουργία του έργου μου. Κάθε μουσείο οφείλει να είναι ένα ζωντανός χώρος τέχνης που όχι απλά να παρουσιάζει τα εκθέματα του στο κοινό, αλλά παράλληλα να προκαλεί και να ενθαρρύνει τους επισκέπτες να εμπλακούν σε ένα δημιουργικό διάλογο με αυτά. Στην προκειμένη περίπτωση ο διάλογος αυτός αφορά το παραδοσιακό Αθηενίτικο κέντημα και τη σύγχρονη έκφρασή του με τη χρήση των νέων τεχνολογιών. Είναι η γέφυρα ανάμεσα στο παλιό και το καινούργιο, το κλασικό και το μοντέρνο.
