The assignment was to create a weapon that isn't able to harm or kill. So I came up with a shot gun that shoots pieces of tape. Since I found it annoying that you couldn't destroy anything or anyone with the gun, I thought it might be cool to still make some bothering people shut up with the gun and still look awesome. That's why I named it the "Shut-Gun".
