RAUK, DIGERHUVUD, GOTLAND, SWEDEN
Digerhuvud is a nature reserve on Fårö in Gotland municipality with Sweden's largest raw area. The nature reserve has been protected since 1930 as a natural monument. Diger head extends from Lauterhorn and Släthällar in the south along a 3.5 kilometer stretch up to Helgumannens fishing location in the north and covers 113 hectares. The rauk field consists of several hundred rauks, the highest of which reaches a height of eight meters.  The ruffles stand on a cliff edge located below the water surface, and just beyond the waterline the sea reaches a depth of 50-60 meters. The Raukarna are the remains of a higher cliff edge, which today lies softly rounded by weathering inside the Raukum area.
