We’ve all experienced the horror of IVR…. Where a computer voice leads you to an inescapable maze of “Press six for...” Where no one can hear you scream. All alone. Silence. Mind numbing. Where fear stalks you... What will happen if I hang up... Will they make me go to the back of the queue again... No, Please! Please!! Anything but the back of the queue. I CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!! This series of illustrations by Mick Brownfield, inspired by 1950’s Horror B-Movies posters, were commissioned to encourage companies to disconnect the IVR. At least some light in the darkness.
