Chez Gertrud is a French illustrator, based in Le Mans. During her years at university she studied English, pursued drama through a student group, but all the while her taste for the visual arts grew ever stronger. After participating in her first exhibition in which she made fake propaganda posters promoting ketchup, she knew being an illustrator was for her. She enjoys working with materials, graphics, and seeking out the enigmatic. Her clients include L'OBS, Le Monde, Libé, XXI, Citrus, Nautilus, and Milan et Demi.
