The Yellow Bike
Why a red house on a stone and a yellow bicycle?
The idea is simple, you start with a house (habitable structure), you draw it as you remember it, but not as an imagination accumulated in your head, but as you remember it when you were a child, you even draw it as if it were a child. Now that you have the base you start painting it and this is where you can contribute with what you have learned in your life, some painting, some illustration and some reality. (The type of house is a mixture of old houses of the place where my grandparents lived and a little of what are the typical houses of my country.)

While you draw it you can entertain yourself thinking about some story behind this house, who will live there? why did he build it? This helps to add some other element, for example the bicycle, the person who lived there needs transportation, right? (the bicycle is a memory of an old bicycle that my mother had when she was young)

And the rock? It is not always the last part, but this time it was like this: where is that house? There are many places and answers, in this house I wanted to make a great stone, a hard and ancient stone in which a red house was carved. Add things that are logical, such as stairs (there must be a way up there) and add something extra, such as a cave or a door. There is something else inside the big stone ... what could it be?
