PARILIO
Cycladic Light Simplicity.
A member of design hotels

The key to standing out from a crowd is originality. But, the thing about originality is that anyone can do it. Anybody could create an outrageous design; the trick is finding a point of uniqueness that works!

Paying homage to the Cycladic roots of the hotel, the logo we created was inspired by
‘The Fat Lady of Saliagos’; the most ancient marble figurine found to date in the Cyclades,
a symbol of female beauty and power, an ode to the soul of the Aegean Sea & Light.

The Cycladic inspiration and influences are reflected throughout Parīlio, the name of which is derived from ‘Paros’ and the Greek word for the sun ‘ilios’. So, we understood and embraced the importance of designing simply, eliminating the extra stuff, cutting out the fluffy details and getting down to the essential shapes.
