Sugar Plum Clay
One of the best briefs I've ever received for a small ceramics company just starting out.
"I'm starting a ceramics company called Sugar Plum Clay and am looking for a logo in a hip style. I've sketched out a couple designs but since I'm not a graphic designer, I can't really take it further than that. I really love your style and was hoping you could help bring some ideas to this logo that would elevate it."
She sent me this:
And I was all like:
"This project sounds so fun!! I love where you've started. I'm gonna be honest, I'm getting some mad butt vibes and am wondering if you're wanting to be playful at all? I'd be happy to come up with some concepts for you if so!"
A little bit back and forth, and we landed on... (drumroll please 🥁)
I also wanted to give her an arsenal of characters she could use since we loved the little bum 🍑
