The illustrations show the 2 properties as they are likely to look once complete. CAD plan drawings and elevations are often hard to understand and imagine. The CGIs help remove some of the guess work, giving potential buyers a chance to envisage their future home.

Without these images, it may be harder to build excitement and enquiries. Hopefully, with the right marketing, from printed brochures to online with Rightmove, these properties will be sold a long time before the builds are complete!
