Brief: Inform the public that American drug drive tests were now in force in Scotland. Nobody had heard of drug drive tests, let alone thought they could be arrested for driving under the influence.

 

As this was new news, I thought the best way to explain this was through a good old fashioned demonstration, and after the hilarious footage from America was juxtaposed with a serious reprise.
