Sarabjeet Singh, a local village boy living in the Border area's of the Indo-Pak Border, accidentaly slipped into Pakistan in 1990, under the influence of alchohol. The Pakistani Govt. had declared him a RAW Agent, linked his name with the Lahore Blast and Detained him in Kote Lakhpat Jail in Lahore for 22 Years. India has always pushed the Pak Govt to free Sarabjit. After the terrorist Afzal Guru was Hung in Delhi, for his alleged terror links, Pak Govt retaliated by murdering Sarabjeet in April 2013.
