Redesign of the United Airlines mobile application. The current application is very feature heavy but can be confusing and has a very cluttered look. This proved to be very inefficient, especially in a stressful atmosphere like an airport, where it was adding to the frustration of the user instead of making the process easier. Working through user personas and flow charts, the application information was prioritized and reorganized into a simpler model. The application was also given an aesthetic face lift to give it more appeal to the modern business traveler.
