2013 Picture of the Week - Week 18
There is a Metro station named “Foggy Bottom”. The weather combination on this morning wrapped the entire mall area in a thick covering chilly mist. It wasn’t until a good hour after sunrise that the heavy vapors loosed their grip. The final moments of its hold were beautiful.
