Downtown Condo - Third Ward
This project is located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee and was pure contractor grade when we got our hands on it. Our client is a single bachelor so we wanted a space that shows off his true personality. The living room was purely cosmetic and was updated with custom painted cabinets, wall paint and complete new furniture. The bathroom on the otherhand was a full gut job. We wanted to add dimension so we installed a 3D tile on the back wall with modern chrome fixtures to enhance the clean masculine lines. All in all we wanted every aspect of this condo to have a true tailored look.
