ABOUT
H.1 house is a high-quality, comfortable and cozy, but at the same time affordable and energy-efficient accommodation in suburbs.
While developing the project, we were guided by the ten principles of quality design that Dieter Rams formulated:
- Innovation. The project involves the use of advanced energy-saving technologies such as heat pump heating system, solar panels and collectors.
- Good design makes the product useful. H.1 house is completely devoid of unnecessary elements and surplus square meters. This makes it ergonomic and easy to use.
- Good design is aesthetic. The house is designed to avoid disturbing the aesthetics of the area. The natural landscape is the main element of the exterior, and the view behind the window is the main feature of the interior.
- Understanding. Home planning is simple and logical - all components are in the right places.
- Unobtrusiveness. Home should be a comfortable living space, but not the sense of life.
- Honesty. Interior and exterior decoration are completely deprived of imitations.
- Good design is long-lasting. Inside and outside H.1 looks rather neutral and laconic, as trendy. Because trends come and go, and the home has been accompanying its inhabitants for years and decades.
- Attention to details. All components of the project are thought out with precision and care about the inhabitants.
- Good design is environmentally friendly. The project involves the use of eco-friendly and renewable materials such as bark concrete and wood.
- Good design is as little as possible.
