The Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie is a foundation set up to improve the active cultural participation of Dutch citizens. This annual report is not only meant to inform, but also to reflect and create discussion about the relationship between knowledge and policy for active cultural participation. This is translated into two types of articles: policy reports and columns written by professionals from the cultural field.
