'Byobu' (屏風, “wind wall") takes reference from Japanese folding screens. An adaptive TV that transforms to meet different home viewing and sound experiences, the two screen modules feature multi speaker arrays mounted to an internal aluminium frame finished with acoustic fabric.
This is technology that seeks to form a more harmonious relationship with peoples home environments. High-tech that doesn’t feel high-tech.
