Impar is a book about cooking. The book follows the creative process of Aida Pereletegui. She uses a "flavour's triangle", three flavours to create every recipe. This book tries to collect the inspiration, process, inputs and impulses of her creations. There are five recipes inside, with it's creative process from the idea to elaboration.
