CONCEPT.
This month we did exactly that. We took the excellent banking app from Tide and suggested a new Feature. We spent some time assessing the user experience of the app and decided that this project wasn’t going to be about what the app does but something that it isn’t doing.
CHALLENGE.
Security. We challenged ourselves to improve the Tide app experience by designing a feature that would both add to the user experience and increase the security of the app.
SOLUTION.
Personalise your card. This feature serves the dual purpose; allowing the user to create a sense of ownership from personalisation and helping to prevent card swapping and cloning.
