In my set design, I wanted to create a place on stage that could help showing other sides of the characters of Hamlet. So I decided that this piece will be taking place in an abandoned psychiatric hospital, that all the sane people have ran away from it after a war. And all the people left in there are patients. 
Then it all starts when one of the patients, with his book of hamlet. Decides to turn the hospital into the kingdom of Denmark and creates the play on it. 

Hamlet was a design project in the winter semester 2018-2019. as a part of the stage design masters program. As imagined to take place on the stage of the Volksbühne Berlin theater.
