fashion design is an idea in the designer's mind and he need to  use all capabilities and abilities to get it in fact, so today I will try to  explain an idea of design dominated my thinking strongly nearly, fashion design from newspapers, I  call it “Fashion Headlines”, it’s not for the environmental protection, or recycling newspapers just, But for the design process , only design.   
Newspapers as material so cheap price, natural source, after read it maybe throw it or sometimes sold it or donated it to others for preservation of the environment from pollution.
