The Hivatal is a little cafe in Budapest. It can be found on the downtown's most popular neighbourhood. I worked several years near this cafe, and i went in on cold mornings for a coffee, or in summer for a refreshment lemonade. This is not an official plan, i prepared it because I like this cafe. The funny thing is that the Hivatal means Office in English.
