The balancing act between complexity
Density is one of the greatest barriers to successful corporate responsibility communications. While some stakeholders need to get their hands on extensive amounts of data, many do not. But this doesn't mean that corporate responsibility isn't important to them. One solution to this problem is what we did for Sempra Energy. We helped them develop a detailed corporate responsiblity report as well as a printed summary brochure that was sent to their customers. The piece was very well received and successfully increased the visibility of their efforts to one of their most important stakeholder groups.
