Street photos Shinjuku - after spending a good 2 hours at the Tokyo metropolitan govt building, we decided it was time for lunch. we had a restaurant that was suggested to us, but were unable to find the exact location. thats when we ran into a young executive, who helped us find the restaurant. he was on his office lunch break and was busy playing pokemon go on his smart phone when he saw us and realised we needed help. 

the restaurant was small but packed with people and for the first time i couldnt finish the ramen as it was thick like rope. the beers certainly helped though and once we were done we just started walking back to the Shinjuku station. we even met someone who was randomly distributing manga comics and he was kind enough to give us one copy, but we couldnt take it back with us to India as the big was pretty big and heavy, so we had to leave it at the hotel . 

the buildings are the sizes of monsters in Tokyo, esp Shinjuku, dizzying heights, but equally balanced with nature, and greenary , making this a much better concrete jungle compared to the other Metro cities.
