A pokemon painting I've drawn recently and step by step, hope you like it ^^
I skip research step and jump into this sketch lol. The original idea was a girl reading book in the wood surrounded by animal like tiger, squirrels, rabbits, etc. but my boyfriend - who has a big love for pokemon, (I wonder he would choose whether me or pokemon sometimes =))) ) convinced me to change them into pokemon version. And as you see... well a pokemon painting is still a good idea right? :))
Here I combined coloring steps, from base color to detail and very very detail. Ah those fur, I had to draw them all that's was interesting experience that you shouldn't try...
If you notice, I also made some adjustments in composition. Every detail I tried to focus on the main character(s), the direction of surroundings, the detail and color, etc.
It's nearly finish here as all the detail are done. But wait, be patient to add something more... the light for example
