Gym equipment for back and waist
In this project I was work mostly as engineer. My task was create a base for prototyping and testing this equipment.
I was find and realise three key solution
1. Shaft with 3-7° rotation and stirrup for tow strap
2. Shaft with vertical displacement, solution based on linear guideways or liner bearing
3. Lower part, solution based on the torsion spring
One off the task is make possibility to rotate the arc on 8-12°.
My inspiration was clipless bicycle pedals
I was found solution based on the torsion spring and group of brake ring.

I propose for client to use nylon bearings, it's more light, cheap and compact (on the right bottom corner).
