For this project I branded my friends band Retroject and designed them an interactive CD for their single Villages. The genre of their music is rock, so therefore the illustration on the cover is relating back to that theme. I wanted to keep the cover quite simple, along with a simple typeface. The case is also interactive, on the front cover there are 4 X's which will be buttons, when one of the buttons is pressed an instrument from the band will  play a small section of the song from the CD. The instruments on the buttons are, the lead (electric) guitar, the rhythm (electric) guitar, the bass and the drums. Also instead of having the name of the band and the song title on the CD itself, I decided to also make that interactive by putting a QR code onto it, this link takes the consumer to a music video for that song which would also allow them to view anyother music that they have previously produced.
