This project began with the analysis of a personal collection. The first step was to
understand why this collection began and generates to us; to create a: graphic or material
product, that transmits what the collection symbolizes.

The collection chosen for this work was one composed of more than 300 analog photographys, in black and white, and with color. These photographs were taken by me, with a Pentax K-1000 camera.

After analyzing the collection it was decided to generate an atlas of memories, through
photography and sound. Where people are transported through these means, to recreate the moment when the photo is taken and relive the yearning to return to that moment in each audio. Since the yearning for the moments lived was what was understood as the reason to collect photographs.

I woke up this morning and decided to go out and explore the world, because life is too
short not to know, isn’t it? My house is in a large garden surrounded by flowers and quite
nature; it is common to get up every day and pass by them, without stopping to observe
them; routine has deprived me of their beauty. However, as I leave home today and move forward I realize that little by little nature is absorbed by the city, tons of steel and cement surround me, killing all forms of nature, but giving life to another kind of beauty.

I begin to see patterns and geometries in the city, places I spend every day and they
depress me; but today I see them differently, today these places I understand them. When
the night comes and again at home, I remember everything seen in the day, I feel full of
nostalgia; but how was this tour?. I think the time has come to count my day lived today
and show that I watched and felt at every moment.
