HATO FINE RAMEN
Hato is a concept that is not focused on replicating an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant, on the contrary, the goal is to achieve an experience that encompasses many stories in a heterogeneous way.
Their founders, Ana Karen Del Río, Agustín Del Río and the internationally renowned chef Paul Bentley printed some of their personality, love and passion for the food on the creation of the brand.
Without a doubt, the master touch of the place comes thanks to the impeccable architectural execution of Lázaro Estudio, who transformed a small place into a dark space with stone materials but with a subtle but cozy lighting that makes Hato a unique place.
