To support local marketing services at Waitrose.

PROJECT
We were invited to print and produce local point of sale marketing materials for Waitrose which included Posters, Standee’s, Flyers, Direct Mail and Banners - each store had it’s own range of personalised point of sale. It quickly became apparent that master artwork templates needed to be created and placed on a online web to print portal. This enabled artwork to be created quickly and eliminated the need for the artwork to be produced in a studio.

OUTCOME
The time needed for creation of artwork, to print and despatch was reduced from three days to one day with all items being delivered next working day with all POS assets being centralised on the online portal.
