Following personal exercises, I will work one item that I've always had problems (including drawing!): Hands. In addition, always orthogonal issues are easier to control than the organics.
In this case is modeled by the system from a box (Box Modelling), first the palm and then individually each of the fingers, until finally they have sewn all parties. Then played with adjusting points to more rounded shapes at the ends of the hands (palm area where it joins with the thumb and little finger area).

Rendering: The material used is a base difusse and rendering is the default leading Blender.

Modifier: I released two renderings, one where I have applied the modifier "Subdivision Surface" to add more detail where we get to the 12,000 polys, and another image which is the base model 770 polys and where you can see the mesh performed.

Time modelling: 3 hours.
