DC presents legends of Moto with their own Teamworks Collection
Its not really bragging to say that DC has the most powerful team in Motocross. The overwhelming influence and dynamic talents of Ricky Carmichael, Travis Pastrana, Jeremy McGrath and Nate Adams are undeniable. These four riders represent the progressive vanguard of moto in all its various disciplines. They are the icons and the heroes.
Carrying on our tradition of custom, personality-based projects, DC is proud to present the DC Moto TeamWorks collection, an assortment where DCs top Moto riders are honored in a new way: with a custom and personalized DC shoe, hat, and tee. Each of the riders worked intimately with their team manager and the DC product design team to ensure that their assortment was a true mesh of DCs innovative history and their respective riding heritages.
Ricky chose a model that suited his style and strict training regimen, then went on to include his number 4 on the heel area wrapped with a clear TPR overlay, a look thats reminiscent of a moto chest protector. Travis shoe model, the Versatile, is a play on the fact that Travis is just that: a versatile rider. Add that to Travis inclusion of his blue and yellow team colors, and the result is a shoe as wild and crazy as Travis himself. Jeremys TeamWorks shoe was built for function first, and then fashion, as the boot resembles the classic motocross boots of the seven-time supercross champ. And Nate, as a strict FMX rider, went with more casual shoe with striking,
moto inspired color pops.

DC originally created the DC TeamWorks Collection in the Spring of2006, then continued it in the Spring of 2007 with the EuropeanCollective. The project was conceptualized by DC to give itsskateboarders without signature shoes the opportunity to choose thecolors, materials and patterns for their favorite skate shoes. TheHoliday 2007 DC Moto TeamWorks Collection brings the concept to themotocross team, and is the latest incarnation of the TeamWorks concept.
