Aire
Aire is a simple-to-use air purifier that can be placed in a shelf but also be used on the floor to look like a piece of furniture. It is designed for the Kallax shelf by Ikea, which is often placed in varied spaces like cafes, homes, offices and restaurants. It has a simple 4 filter system with a fan to help keep the environment clean at all times. It is inspired from effortless architecture that is based out of simple forms and smooth surface transitions.
Interaction
The bold + and - signs allows clear visual for controlling the speed of the air flow. The contrasting tactile surface at the center allows you to softly power on the purifier.The drawer opening on the front face of the air purifier allows easy access to the air filters. Once you open the drawer to expose the air filters, you can find the Pre filter, HEPA filter, Carbon filter and the energizer layered onto each other.
Environment
Aire comes in three colour variations to fit into a complimenting environment The compact storage of the removable legs allows the whole product to fit into a space in your home or elsewhere without occupying unnecessary footprint.
