The project title is " Recyclage De Fibril Tea Trolley" . Recyclage de fibril is a french word which means recycled fibres.
The project is research based as well as design based.
Research is done on the material. A new material is devised using textile fibres (cotton fibre is used to develop a material because in Pakistan it is a major waste product during cloth production. The cotton fibre is is combined with epoxy Resign to devise a material. After complete research and testing it can be used in different ways. The strength of material was enough that it can be used in furniture, tiles making, decorative items etc.
Research Results
The product being produced in this thesis is a tea trolley by usage of fiber recycling material. The tea trolley was unique and different from regular tea trolleys. The reason to redesign of tea trolley was to change the trend and style. The material used in tea trolley is composite( combination of cotton fibres and epoxy resign.
