Pizza Hut Experience Wheel (Amended)
This is an Experience Wheel that shows the journey of a customer's experience of ordering online. We feel the wheel is appropriate for this experience map.
The wheel starts from the Before Stage to the During Stage and then the After Stage. In each stage, actions of the customer is documented along side their thoughts during that particular moment in time (these thoughts are visualized as a blue chat bubble) as well as the percentage of happiness they were experiencing.
The Green Circles represent a positive emotion and it is paired with the percentage of happiness which are above the 50% mark.
The Red Circles represent a negative emotion that is paired with the percentage of happiness which are lower than the 50% mark.
The percentage of happiness is to show how the customers mood changed in relation to the previous action.
