    The brief was to create an outcome that played on visual rhetoric. Celebrity culture is everywhere. People follow the brand of a celebrity, they follow the icon it represents - however, how much of the persons words and views show through in their 'brand'? I wanted to show that much like a religion, the image of a celebrity is so powerful that often it overshadows their words whether they be positive or negative. I created a series of posters advertising a religious festival name 'Gospel' that was headlined by various celebrities. their alleged quotes are lost in the 'brand' of the celebrity itself. Read Less
