While at Basic Military Training (BMT) in Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, I co-designed the t-shirt for my flight team.  Since my military training instructor (MTI) "played a game," called Casino, I created a Las Vegas themed image with an MTI dealing a card and three die that depicted my military training flight number, 265.  Aside from preliminary sketches and color selection, I had minimal control on the final product (see bottom image).  The refined version (see top image) shows the intention for my portion of the design.
Project size: 9" x 7.5".
*About the Game: The Casino game included at least one round of three cards, which were drawn from a standard deck of playing cards by the MTI.  The cards denoted the exercise's type (indicated by the first card's suit, such as a diamond suit for diamond push-ups), its repetitions (indicated by the second card's number), and its sets (indicated by the third card's number) that my flight and I had to complete.  The suits of heart, diamond, spade, and club stood for the exercises of standard push-up, diamond push-up, shoulder press, and leg raise, respectively.  An ace, jack, queen, and king counted as the numbers 1, 11, 12, and 13, respectively.  Therefore, a round with the consecutive cards of diamond, king, and king meant that we had to complete 169 diamond push-ups.
