Ask: Create an engaging email blast template that can be edited for future use. 

Solution: Legacy Teams offers clients evidence-based insights and field-tested application to help their teams achieve peak performance. I wanted to create a design that would be eye catching and professional. I used Legacy Teams brand colors and graphic elements to guide the design. I used the dark gray and white for the main colors since legibility was key, and the yellow to add some flare. I added a simple animation to grab the attention of the viewer. When the final design was agreed upon I used Cloud HQ to code and distribute the final template to Legacy Teams.

After a reviewing these four options the team at Legacy chose the aspects from each that they wanted to include in the final designs. They also asked that the focus be more on the team building tips rather than the personalized section of the email. I did this by decreasing the padding around the text box. This allows the message to have some breathing room and not get lost in the other information.
