RIBA Workshop
An installation inspired by Bjarke Ingels' Serpentine Pavillion of 2016 as they are both constructed from multiple identical repeating units. It was the outcome of a collaborative project as a part of the the RIBA ‘Skill Up’ Summer Workshop in which I, along with 4 others, constructed a canopy-like structure suspended from the ceiling. We created it by securing cardboard cups together with split pins / paper fasteners in an irregular pattern to form a smooth, undulating installation which resembles a cloud, hanging from string and wire overhead.
