I hopped onto Pinterest and Instagram, as I tend to rely on my phone for the references.

It looked absolutely crazy at the start with the red base - but this helped add depth to the white overlay. After the skull was done (3 days), I moved onto the horn details (4 days). Luckily at this point Stranger Things Season 3 started - so that kept me pushing through the hours of painting.

I tend to use (super) small brushes for details (hand for scale).
