Problem Statement:
What client needed was high conversions in a very competitive market, there was much to be done here keeping in mind the players in the market and what hotel booking users pain the most, the most pain was the hassle of going through the process with side filter and long booking procedure.

Problem Statement:
Great players in the market lead to a rich competitive analysis so some of the things I found out were that first thing on the first fold of the website the user must-see is the search for booking, placing the search where I did on the homepage was because of a user testing done by Neilsen & Norman group which showed that its better to keep it that way evidence to back their statement was the heatmaps they produced from various test subjects, and i placed the filter menu at to with center alignment keeping in mind that it increased the conversion ratio of IKEA when they did so too and got rid of unnecessary info that was being asked for in many websites.
