一些经典料理在岁月沉淀中自成一派,像容器般承载着人们的味觉记忆。作为厦门宴遇旗下的高端闽菜餐厅,遇外滩希望以高阶食材入菜,重塑经典闽食背后的美好光景。以“遇”为眼,我们为其创造“用料理穿行此时彼地”的品牌哲学,用料理连接食客与福建的风土人情,创造穿越物理空间的味觉体验。通过将闽菜这一菜系归纳为沐,湃,手路,汀,戏,等路六个概念,构建起完整的品牌叙述逻辑。

从海岸线入手,以“水”为形,围绕“时空”与“穿越”意向,我们开发了具有流动韵律感的视觉表达。鲜明而富有感染力的图形设计,透过不同工艺材质呈现。我们不止创造纯粹的舌尖感受,也分享彼时彼地的无限风光。

Some classic cuisines will become its own type with the time being like a container that carries the taste memory of people. As a high-end Southern-Fujian cuisine restaurant of Xiamen Yanyu, Meet the Bund wish to use the high-end ingredient to rebuild the beauty behind the classic Southern-Fujian cuisine. By the touch of “Meet”, we created the brand philosophy of “Travel here and there through the food” to connect the guest with the local customs and culture through the food, and to create the taste experience that can go across the physical space. We built the holistic brand storytelling logic by summarizing the Southern-Fujian cuisine into 6 concepts of Mu, Pai, Shoulu, Ting, Xi and Denglu.

The visual expression we developed is in a flow and rhythm by starting from the shoreline, using “water” to transport, and using “space” and “time travel” as the intention. The bright and expressive graphic design was presented in different material and craft. We’re not only creating the pure taste and also sharing the limitless scenery of the time and place.
