I was lucky enough to work on Fighter Pilot: Behind The Visor. I worked with the group of people developing the amazing digital experience for the Royal Australian Air Force and Australian Defence Force, with my inputs coming in from a digital strategy perspective, including how to bring the campaign's objectives to life in social, search and CRM.
The primary work I did for the RAAF's Fighter Pilot experience was:
Crafting a campaign-specific CRM strategy that focused heavily on re-engaging prospects based on their interaction with the Fighter Pilot: Behind The Visor experience to drive higher conversion rates.
Working closely with the Producer & Developers on optimising Fighter Pilot for organic search and social distribution. This included inputs on video formats, site UX feedback, SEO, optimising for Open Graph distribution, etc.
