Queens' College is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge, England. Queens' is one of the oldest and the largest colleges of the university, founded in 1448 by Margaret of Anjou, and has some of the most recognisable buildings in Cambridge. The college spans both sides of the river Cam, colloquially referred to as the "light side" and the "dark side", with the Mathematical Bridge connecting the two.

The College uses as its coat of arms the paternal arms of the first foundress queen, Margaret of Anjou. Apart from the official coat of arms, the College uses a badge - silver boar's head, which was a crest of Richard III. The earliest evidence of the college using a boar's head as a symbol is from 1544.

Despite wide use for College sport clubs and dining, the boar's head design remains very old-fashioned and is unfit for modern use (print, merchandise, etc.). This project attempts at reinventing the badge for contemporary needs.
